Melt the soy wax, coconut oil, and shea butter together in a double boiler over low heat until fully liquid, stirring gently throughout. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool to around 45 degrees Celsius before adding the fragrance oil and stirring well. Sprinkle in the glitter and dried rose petals, folding them through the mixture so they distribute evenly rather than sinking immediately. Pour into a heat-resistant container, tap gently to release air bubbles, and allow the candle to set undisturbed at room temperature for at least six hours before trimming the wick.
