Payment and Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to logistical disruptions caused by the aggressor country. Track the status of your order.

For over 15 years, Milo-Opt has been supplying professional ingredients, active substances, peptides, extracts, essential oils, cosmetic raw materials, and related products to customers throughout Ukraine and in more than 60 countries worldwide.

We work with private customers, cosmetics manufacturers, cosmetologists, laboratories, enterprises, and wholesale buyers.

Mylo-Opt sells professional cosmetic raw materials, active ingredients, peptides, and other components primarily to cosmetic manufacturers, cosmetologists, laboratories, businesses, and other professional users. The buyer independently determines whether the purchased product is suitable for their own industrial, scientific, or other legitimate purposes, unless otherwise expressly stated in the product description.

By placing an order on the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read the terms of sale, delivery, order assembly, order cancellation, and return of goods, and fully accepts and agrees to them.

Some items are sold in packaging prepared by the Seller after order confirmation, based on the quantity selected by the Buyer. For this reason, some items may be individually assembled and labeled after payment is received.

Payment

Payment is made using the payment details sent to the Buyer after confirmation of the availability of all items included in the order.

Payment details are sent to the email address or phone number provided by the Buyer when placing the order.

Legal entities and sole proprietors may pay by bank transfer upon provision of the required set of accounting documents.

The invoice is valid for one calendar day.

Shipping will only occur after full payment has been received.

Cash payment upon delivery is not available.

This is because a significant portion of the products consist of professional cosmetic raw materials, active ingredients, and peptides, which are individually assembled upon receipt of payment.

Payment of the invoice constitutes the Buyer's agreement to all terms and conditions of sale published on the Seller's website.

Assembly order

After payment is confirmed, the goods are reserved for the customer's specific order.

After the order is placed, it is transferred to the production order assembly process.

Order assembly may include:

warehouse inventory reservation;

product selection;

filling and packaging in the selected quantity;

labeling;

batch inspection;

preparation of accompanying documentation;

quality control;

packaging for safe transportation.

Due to the wide range of products (over 50,000 items) and the individual selection of products, the estimated order assembly time is 3-5 business days.

The order assembly period is a separate stage of order fulfillment and does not coincide with the delivery period.

Until the assembly period expires, the order is not considered overdue, and the seller is not considered in default.

Delivery throughout Ukraine

We deliver throughout Ukraine using the following shipping companies:

Nova Poshta;

Ukrposhta.

After order processing is complete, it is transferred to the selected carrier.

Further delivery times are determined by the policies of the respective shipping company and are beyond the seller's control.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping within Ukraine for prepaid orders of UAH 1,899 or more, subject to the shipping policy terms and exceptions.

Free delivery is provided only if the Buyer receives the order in full.

If the Buyer refuses to accept the order or returns the goods, the Buyer is obligated to pay compensation:

the actual cost of delivery to the Buyer;

the cost of return shipping.

Delivery characteristics

Delivery to the specified address is paid by the Buyer, regardless of the order amount.

When choosing delivery to a parcel terminal, the Buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods before receiving them.

To check the completeness and condition of the goods, we recommend picking up the order at the carrier's branch in the presence of a carrier employee.

If the Buyer incorrectly provides the address, phone number, or other recipient information, all costs associated with rerouting the shipment will be borne by the Buyer.

Delivery by Ukrposhta

To ensure your shipment is processed correctly, please carefully verify the recipient's information, including:

Postal code;

County;

Region;

District;

City/Town/Site;

Address;

Recipient's full name;

Phone number.

Once the shipment is handed over to Ukrposhta or another carrier, responsibility for delivery times, route adherence, sorting center operations, cargo delivery, and other logistics processes rests with the respective carrier.

All orders are handed over to the carrier in good condition, in dry packaging, and in accordance with cosmetic raw material transportation requirements.

In the event of loss, damage, or delivery delay, the Buyer has the right to contact the relevant carrier's support service.

We provide all necessary documents confirming the dispatch.

International Delivery

Mylo-Opt has been carrying out international supplies of professional cosmetic raw materials for over 15 years.

Every day we ship actives, peptides, extracts, essential oils, cosmetic components and other ingredients to customers in different countries around the world.

After the order is placed, a manager confirms:

product availability;

export availability;

delivery method;

cost of international transportation.

The following methods may be used for international orders:

air delivery;

road transportation;

sea transportation;

international cargo services.

Estimated delivery times:

Air delivery: 8-16 business days.

Ground or sea delivery: 21-30 days.

The stated timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on:

customs clearance;

airline operations;

postal operator operations;

activities of government authorities;

legislation of the destination country;

seasonal workload;

international logistics;

other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

Upon handing the international shipment over to the carrier, the Seller shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation to hand the goods over for delivery.

Subsequent transportation times are determined by the international carrier.

The Seller is not responsible for:

customs clearance times;

delays in international transportation;

decisions of customs authorities;

payment of customs duties, taxes and other charges in the destination country;

additional inspections carried out by government authorities in the recipient’s country.

If necessary, we prepare invoices, customs declarations and other documents required for international delivery.

Order Processing Time

Each order passes through the following consecutive processing stages:

confirmation of product availability;

product reservation;

order assembly;

filling / packing into the selected quantities;

quality control;

packaging;

preparation of accompanying documents;

handover to the carrier.

Under normal operating conditions, the estimated order assembly period is 3-5 business days.

During martial law in Ukraine, temporary delays may occur due to:

air raid alerts;

missile and drone attacks;

power outages;

interruptions in the operation of banking institutions;

the work of government authorities;

restrictions in the operation of transport companies;

logistical difficulties between warehouses;

other force majeure circumstances.

These circumstances are not considered a breach of the Seller’s deadlines for fulfilling its obligations.

We always make every effort to fulfill each order as quickly as possible.

Large Orders: 30 or More Items

Orders containing 30 or more product units within a single order placed through the same customer account are subject to a special processing, packing and dispatch procedure.

Processing and Dispatch Time

Due to the additional work required, the processing, picking, filling, labeling, packing and handover of such an order to the carrier may take up to 21 business days from the date the payment is actually received and confirmed by our accounting department.

This period applies to the preparation and handover of the order to the carrier and does not represent the carrier’s delivery time to the recipient.

The processing period may be extended for the duration of circumstances that objectively interfere with warehouse operations or order fulfillment, including shortages or interruptions in the supply of containers and packaging materials, air-raid alerts, missile or drone attacks, damage to warehouse, energy or logistics infrastructure, emergency power outages, temporary restrictions on warehouse operations, mandatory governmental inspections or audits, and other extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances.

The occurrence of any such event does not automatically qualify it as force majeure. Any legal consequences of force majeure are determined in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law and require a direct causal connection between the event and the inability to perform the relevant obligation on time.

Individual Picking, Filling and Packing

Once payment has been confirmed, an order containing 30 or more product units is transferred to individual order preparation.

Depending on the products ordered, inventory may be specifically reserved for the customer, weighed from bulk commercial containers, filled into the required packaging, labeled, separated by batch, internally checked and individually packed for shipment.

Once this work has started, the seller incurs costs related to employee working time, containers, packaging materials, labels, filling, order assembly, quality control and shipment preparation. The relevant inventory is also reserved for the customer and may therefore be removed from stock that would otherwise be available for sale to other customers.

As a result of individual filling, labeling or preparation, certain products may no longer be suitable for ordinary resale or may only be resold to another customer with substantial additional costs or financial losses to the seller.

Cancellation After Individual Order Preparation Has Started

An order may be cancelled without a cancellation charge only before individual picking, filling, labeling or other customer-specific preparation has actually started.

Once such work has begun, products that have been manufactured, processed, filled, labeled or otherwise prepared specifically for the customer and that cannot reasonably be sold to another customer without substantial financial loss may be subject to the exception provided by Part 5 of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

If, after individual preparation has started, the seller agrees at the customer’s request to cancel the order, a preparation and cancellation cost compensation of up to 25% of the amount actually paid for the order may be deducted from the refund. The amount deducted may not exceed the reasonably attributable costs and losses incurred by the seller in preparing and cancelling the specific order.

This compensation is not a penalty for exercising a statutory consumer right. It is intended to compensate the seller for costs already incurred in customer-specific order preparation, containers and packaging used, work already performed, inventory reservation and other economically justified costs directly related to the cancelled order.

This provision does not apply where the cancellation or return results from a confirmed product defect, seller error, incorrect goods supplied, non-conformity with the order, or any other circumstance for which the seller is legally responsible.

The special processing period and cancellation conditions apply only to orders placed and paid after these terms have been published on the website.

The special processing line and cancellation policy applies only to orders placed and paid for after these terms and conditions are published on the website from 21/09/2025.

Order Cancellation and Product Returns

We respect the Buyer’s right to return goods in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine and strive to resolve every request as promptly and fairly as possible.

At the same time, please take into account the specific nature of our company’s activities.

Mylo-Opt sells professional cosmetic raw materials, actives, peptides, extracts and other ingredients, a significant part of which is assembled individually after payment for a specific order is confirmed.

For this reason, after payment is received, the order passes through several consecutive stages of fulfillment, including product reservation, selection of warehouse stock, assembly, filling / packing, quality control, labeling, packaging and preparation of accompanying documents.

Cancellation before Handover to the Carrier

The Buyer has the right to submit a request to cancel the order before the goods are handed over to the carrier.

Cancellation requests are accepted exclusively in writing by email:

Due to martial law, possible power outages, air raid alerts and other circumstances, processing of the request may take up to 48 hours.

When reviewing the request, the Seller checks the actual stage of order fulfillment.

If, at the time the request is reviewed, the order is already at the stage of product reservation, assembly, filling / packing, labeling, preparation of accompanying documentation or has already been handed over to the carrier, the Buyer will be informed of the actual status of order fulfillment and the further procedure for resolving the issue in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Order Assembly Period

The estimated order assembly period is 3-5 business days.

Until the stated period has expired, the order is not considered overdue.

The mere fact that the order is at the assembly stage does not indicate that the Seller has breached its contractual obligations.

Requests for a refund based solely on the Buyer’s unwillingness to wait for the completion of the order assembly period are considered in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and the terms of this offer.

Return of Goods after Receipt

After receiving the goods, the Buyer may exercise their rights in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

A return is possible provided that the goods:

have not been used;

have retained their marketable appearance;

are in the original packaging;

have all seals, labels and tags intact;

are fully complete;

have retained their consumer properties.

Before returning the goods, the Buyer must obtain prior approval of the return from the Seller. Detailed terms are also described on the Terms and Conditions page.

Delivery Costs in Case of Return

Unless otherwise provided by the current legislation of Ukraine or by a separate agreement between the parties, the costs associated with returning goods are allocated as follows:

delivery of the goods from the Buyer to the Seller’s warehouse is carried out at the Buyer’s expense;

if free delivery was provided to the Buyer when placing the order, its actual cost may be taken into account when making settlements in accordance with the terms of the promotion and the requirements of current legislation;

the refund is made after the Seller has actually received the goods and checked their condition.

Inspection of Returned Goods

After receiving returned goods, the company’s specialists inspect them, including checking:

completeness;

condition of packaging;

absence of signs of use;

whether the returned goods correspond to the goods previously shipped;

preservation of consumer properties.

If damage, signs of use, packaging violations or other circumstances affecting the possibility of further sale of the goods are identified, the issue of refunding the money is resolved in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

Refunds

Refunds are made after:

the goods have actually been received at the Seller’s warehouse;

the inspection of the goods has been completed;

the amount of mutual settlements between the parties has been determined.

The refund is made using the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

The refund period is determined by the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

Procedure for Reviewing Requests and Claims

Mylo-Opt always strives to resolve any issues through constructive dialogue with the Buyer.

If any questions arise regarding order placement, order assembly, delivery or product quality, the Buyer may contact the Seller using the contact details specified on the website.

For prompt review of a request, please be sure to specify:

order number;

Buyer’s full name;

contact telephone number or email address;

detailed description of the question or claim;

if necessary, photographs of the goods, packaging or transport packaging.

If necessary, the Seller has the right to request additional information or documents required for an objective review of the request.

All requests are reviewed in the order in which they are received.

The review period may be extended in cases where it is necessary to obtain information from suppliers, manufacturers, transport companies or other third parties.

Responsibility of the parties

The Seller's liability is limited to the provisions of current Ukrainian law.

The Seller shall not be liable for:

Delivery delays caused by shipping companies;

Delays in customs clearance of international cargo;

The Buyer provided incorrect recipient information;

Failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control;

Actions or omissions of Ukrainian or foreign authorities;

Consequences of force majeure.

After the cargo is handed over to the carrier, the risk of accidental delivery delays becomes the responsibility of the carrier in accordance with its operating rules and the requirements of current legislation.

Force majeure

During martial law in Ukraine, temporary restrictions on the activities of businesses, banking institutions, government agencies, transport companies, and logistics operators may apply.

Such circumstances may include:

Air raids;

Missile and drone attacks;

Military actions;

Power outages;

Communication outages;

Damage to transport infrastructure;

Temporary suspension of carrier operations;

Government agency decisions;

Other force majeure circumstances.

In the event of such circumstances, the completion deadlines for individual stages of the order may be extended for the duration of the force majeure circumstances without any penalties being imposed on the Seller.

Final Provisions

By placing and paying for an order, the Buyer confirms that they:

have read the terms of sale;

agree to the established order processing times;

agree to the delivery terms;

have read the order cancellation procedure;

have read the product return procedure;

agree to the procedure for handling inquiries and claims.

All legal relations between the Buyer and the Seller are governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.

In all cases not specified in these terms, the parties shall be governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
