Terms and Conditions of the Mylo Opt Online Store

1. General Provisions

1.1. This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is concluded between the Buyer and the Mylo Opt online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) from the moment an order is placed on the website мыло-опт.com.ua or via email. Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement by the Buyer.

1.2. The Buyer must review this Agreement before placing an order. Continuing with the order confirms acceptance of all terms without exception. The main method of communication is through order placement on the website or via email.

1.3. Purchases may be made by individuals and legal entities capable of paying for and receiving goods in accordance with applicable procedures and Ukrainian legislation.

1.4. Product images on the website are for informational purposes only. Up-to-date specifications, including composition, properties, and usage recommendations, are provided in the product description. The Buyer must review product specifications before placing an order.

1.5. Product descriptions are based on technical documentation and information provided by manufacturers. All information regarding properties, applications, and dosages is for reference only and does not guarantee specific results. The Seller is not responsible for discrepancies between the Buyer’s expectations and reference information.

1.6. Access to the “Favorites” function is available only to registered users.

1.7. Shelf life information on the website may differ from labels due to batch turnover. The Buyer must verify the expiration date upon receipt.

1.8. Consultations and recommendations provided by the Seller (including online consultations) are informational. The Seller is not liable for the results of product use, including improper use or non-compliance with storage requirements.

1.9. The store offers raw materials and ingredients for cosmetics and manufacturing, including cosmetic ingredients, actives, peptides, extracts, essential oils, hydrosols, oils, butters, emulsifiers, surfactants, thickeners, fragrances, molds for soap and candles, and components for food and chemical industries.

2. Order Placement Conditions

2.1. Orders can be placed with or without registration. Registration is recommended for convenient order tracking.

2.2. Orders are accepted online 24/7. Processing is carried out Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.

2.3. The Buyer must review product specifications before placing an order. Placing an order confirms that the Buyer is fully informed of the product’s characteristics and usage conditions.

2.4. After placing an order, the Seller confirms availability and dispatch timelines. Delivery timelines depend on third-party services and are not guaranteed.

2.5. Payment is made prior to dispatch. Refunds are possible only as permitted by Ukrainian law and require documented proof of a product defect and compliance with claim deadlines (clause 5.1).

2.6. The Seller reserves the right to refuse order acceptance or processing without explanation.

2.7. Packaging color or type preferences may be indicated in comments and will be considered if feasible; however, fulfillment is not guaranteed.

3. Delivery

3.1. Delivery is available within Ukraine and internationally via courier, air, sea, or land transport. Conditions are listed in the Payment and Delivery section.

3.2. Estimated international delivery times: air — 8–16 business days, land or sea — 21–30 business days. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

3.3. For international deliveries, the Buyer must provide required documentation upon request.

3.4. Dispatch for legal entities and entrepreneurs occurs within 2–3 business days after full prepayment. Timelines may change due to factors beyond the Seller’s control.

3.5. Glass containers, baskets, and fragile goods ship separately at the Buyer’s expense.

3.6. The Buyer must check packaging integrity, completeness, quantity, and weight upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be documented with a non-conformity report and photos. Claims without such documentation are not accepted.

3.7. Silicone molds and stamps that are custom-made are non-refundable except as required by law.

3.8. Goods are supplied in transport packaging. The Buyer must transfer them into proper storage containers according to product instructions.

3.9. Wholesale shipments are packed using available stock packaging unless otherwise agreed.

3.10. Goods requiring special storage such as actives, peptides, and oils must be stored accordingly. The Seller is not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage.

3.11. Liability for goods transfers to the Buyer when handed over to the carrier.

4. Payment

4.1. Prices are listed per unit or minimum packaging volume. Prices may change without prior notice.

4.2. Wholesale discounts are discussed individually.

4.3. Payment methods include bank transfer, international transfers including PayPal, and other methods listed on the website.

4.4. Invoices are valid for 24 hours. Unpaid orders may be canceled.

4.5. Returns and exchanges are processed only as permitted by Ukrainian law and require documented proof of a defect.

4.6. Promotional, discounted, and custom-made goods are non-returnable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Claims and Termination of the Agreement

5.1. Claims must be submitted in writing via email within 14 calendar days after receipt. Claims submitted later are not considered.

5.2. Claims about product defects are accepted only with supporting documentation, including a non-conformity report prepared at delivery.

5.3. Claims based on subjective expectations regarding performance are not accepted.

5.4. Returns of goods of proper quality are possible within 14 days if the goods remain unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened products are non-returnable.

5.4.1. Special Conditions for Cosmetic Raw Materials.

Cosmetic raw materials, ingredients, actives, extracts, oils, fragrances, surfactants, emulsifiers, and other materials that may come into contact with skin or food cannot be returned or exchanged after opening for sanitary and safety reasons.

Returns are possible only in cases of factory defects or packing errors, provided the product is unused and retains original packaging.

5.5. The Seller may refuse consideration of a claim if required documentation is missing or terms are violated.

5.6. Claims are processed according to applicable Ukrainian laws. The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper use or storage.

5.7. If the Agreement is terminated at the Buyer’s initiative, refunds are issued only in cases provided by law and subject to compliance with clauses 4.5 and 5.1–5.4.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1. The Seller is not liable for losses resulting from force majeure, acts of third parties, or breach of this Agreement by the Buyer.

6.2. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved in court at the Seller’s place of registration.

6.3. The Seller may amend this Agreement without prior notice. The current version is always available on the website.
