Rich Almond Notes for Industrial Ice Cream and Dessert Lines
Food Flavor Almond made in Ukraine, supplied in a 1 liter container, delivers a pronounced nutty taste with characteristic bitter almond nuances and a soft sweetness. This liquid flavoring compound is primarily used in ice cream manufacturing and belongs to the category of ice cream flavorings, where flavor stability under freezing and long term storage is essential. Beyond ice cream, almond flavor is widely applied in confectionery, baked goods such as cookies and cakes, dairy desserts, yogurts, curd based products, as well as beverages and liqueurs built around an almond theme.
The one liter packaging suits medium and large scale production facilities that require consistent supply and the ability to batch the ingredient into formulations without frequent container changes. For industrial ice cream production the typical dosage ranges from 1 to 5 grams per kilogram of finished mix, though the exact amount should be verified experimentally since flavor intensity depends on fat content of the base, presence of other additives, and the desired aroma strength. It is recommended to introduce the flavoring at the final stage of the technological process, once the mix has already cooled to around 4-6 degrees, which helps prevent loss of volatile aromatic compounds during heat treatment.
Almond flavor pairs well with milky and creamy notes, which is why it is often combined with additives such as Flavor VANILLA CREAM 95/T for a softer dessert profile, or with Flavor VANILLA CREAM 793 when a classic sundae style tone with a light almond accent is needed. Interesting flavor combinations also arise when almond notes are blended into a fermented milk base together with Flavoring agent YOGURT 775, a pairing frequently used for fruit and nut dessert lines as well as fitness style ice cream.
Besides ice cream and dairy products, almond flavor is in demand in candy and chocolate manufacturing, marzipan mass production, and in the pharmaceutical industry for masking the unpleasant aftertaste of certain syrups and suspensions. In household chemical products and fragrance compositions almond notes are sometimes used to build warm gourmand accords, although the main demand remains concentrated in the food segment.
Store the flavoring in tightly sealed dark plastic or glass containers, in a dry location away from direct sunlight, at room temperature, away from heat sources and strongly scented substances that could affect the aroma profile. Once opened, use the product within the period specified by the manufacturer and close the cap tightly after each use to minimize evaporation of volatile compounds.
