Cosmetic Recipe: Iridescent Sky Blue Cream Highlighter

Instructions:

1. In a heat-safe beaker, combine the distilled water and glycerin (water phase). Heat to 70-75°C.
2. In a separate heat-safe beaker, combine the cetyl alcohol, stearic acid, emulsifying wax, and jojoba oil (oil phase). Heat to 70-75°C until all waxes are melted.
3. Slowly pour the oil phase into the water phase while continuously mixing with a hand mixer or immersion blender until a smooth emulsion forms.
4. Remove from heat and continue stirring gently as the emulsion cools.
5. Once the mixture has cooled to around 40°C, gently fold in the Pearlescent Pigment - Iridescent Sky Blue until evenly dispersed. Avoid vigorous mixing to prevent clumping.
6. Add the preservative and vitamin E oil, mixing thoroughly.
7. Carefully transfer the cream highlighter to a clean container.
