Crystal OV olive soap base comes in an 11.5 kg block, aimed at workshops and small production lines that have moved past one-off testing and now run regular batches on a schedule. It belongs to the Melt and Pour Soap Bases category, which brings together various ready-to-melt bases used for bar production and related косметика items. Olive oil worked into the base gives finished bars a gentler feel on the skin and a milder cleansing action, which is why this type of base is a common choice for spa gift sets, hotel amenity lines, souvenir bars and products aimed at sensitive skin. Store the base in a dry, cool space away from direct sunlight and temperature swings, sealed in its original packaging, so it keeps its texture and remelts predictably batch after batch. Green tea extract 10 ml

Jojoba oil 12 g

Fragrance oil (green tea scent) 8 ml

Mica powder green 2 g

Vitamin E oil 3 ml

Cut the base into small cubes and melt using a double boiler until it reaches around 60 degrees Celsius, stirring until smooth. Add jojoba oil and vitamin E, mixing thoroughly. Let the mixture cool to about 55 degrees, then stir in the green tea extract and mica powder until the color is even. Add the fragrance oil last, stir quickly and pour the mixture into molds. Allow the bars to set at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours before carefully unmolding them.
