Heat the water phase to 75 degrees Celsius and separately heat the oils together with the emulsifier to the same temperature. Slowly add the oil phase into the water phase while stirring continuously, homogenize for several minutes until uniform, then cool the mixture to 40 degrees, add glycerin, preservative and fragrance oil, mix until fully cooled and transfer into a prepared container.
