Cosmetic Recipe: "Silky Hydration" Facial Cream (O/W Emulsion)

Instructions:

1. Phase A: Combine distilled water and glycerin in a heat-resistant beaker. Heat to 70-75°C (158-167°F).
2. Phase B: In a separate heat-resistant beaker, combine EMULPHARMA K10, jojoba oil, shea butter, and cetyl alcohol. Heat to 70-75°C (158-167°F), stirring until completely melted.
3. Slowly pour Phase B into Phase A while continuously stirring with a stick blender or whisk.
4. Continue stirring for 2-3 minutes until a homogenous emulsion forms.
5. Remove from heat and continue stirring gently as the emulsion cools down.
6. Once the emulsion has cooled to below 40°C (104°F), add the Vitamin E, preservative, and fragrance (if used) (Phase C).
7. Stir gently until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
8. Transfer the cream to a clean container.
