2. In a separate heat-resistant beaker, combine EMULPHARMA K10, jojoba oil, and cetyl alcohol. Heat to 70-75°C (158-167°F), stirring until completely melted.
3. Slowly pour the oil phase into the water phase while continuously stirring with a stick blender or whisk.
4. Continue stirring for several minutes until a smooth emulsion forms.
5. Remove from heat and continue stirring gently as the lotion cools down.
6. Once the lotion has cooled to below 40°C (104°F), add the vitamin E, preservative, and fragrance oil (if using). Stir gently until fully incorporated.
7. Transfer the lotion to a clean container.
