Rich Buttery Caramel Note Engineered for Confectionery Manufacturing Lines
This creme brulee flavor in a 1 liter pack is built for production facilities that need a consistent taste profile batch after batch. It is a concentrated liquid additive with pronounced buttery caramel notes and a subtle vanilla undertone, recreating the taste of the classic French dessert with its crisp caramelized top. The item belongs to the Confectionery flavorings category, which brings together liquid additives for building and enhancing taste in industrial bakery and dessert production.
The primary field of use for creme brulee flavor is the confectionery and bakery industry: cakes, pastries, wafer fillings, marshmallow, ice cream and dairy desserts. The additive performs well in buttercreams, cheese fillings, glazes and mousses, giving products a recognizable caramel-vanilla character without relying on actual sugar caramelization, which simplifies the manufacturing process and reduces the risk of burnt sugar on the line. The flavor is also popular in yogurt production, milkshakes, coffee syrups and soft drinks where a soft dessert accent is needed.
The flavor should be added at the final stage of processing, after the main mass has undergone heat treatment, at a temperature not exceeding 60-70 degrees Celsius, to prevent volatile aromatic compounds from evaporating. The standard dosage ranges from 0.1 to 0.5 percent of the total product weight, though the exact amount is best confirmed with a trial batch, gradually increasing concentration until the desired intensity is reached. The flavor is compatible with thickeners, emulsifiers, sugar substitutes and food colorants commonly used in confectionery production, and it pairs well with other flavors to build layered taste profiles - for instance it complements Flavoring confectionery Caramel for a deeper caramel body or sits alongside Coffee flavor confectionery in desserts with a coffee-caramel accent.
The 1 liter pack is aimed at conveyor-line and serial production, where buying in larger volumes cuts costs and keeps raw material supply stable without frequent reordering. This size suits confectionery workshops, full-cycle bakeries and factories running a consistent dessert and pastry lineup. Store the flavor in a tightly sealed container, in a dark cool place away from direct sunlight and heat sources, at room temperature, avoiding temperature swings and prolonged exposure to open air, so the original taste intensity is preserved throughout the shelf life.
When developing new recipes, creme brulee flavor is often combined with almond, nutty or coconut notes, as well as with Rafaello Food Flavoring Lithuania to build a layered dessert taste in premium cream fillings and glazes.
