2. In a separate heat-resistant beaker, combine the ingredients of Phase B and heat to 70-75°C (158-167°F).
3. Slowly pour Phase B into Phase A while continuously mixing with a stick blender or mini-mixer until a smooth emulsion forms.
4. Continue stirring until the mixture cools down to room temperature.
5. Once cooled, gently fold in the pigment of Phase C until it is evenly dispersed. Avoid vigorous mixing to prevent clumping.
6. Finally, add the ingredients of Phase D and mix thoroughly.
7. Transfer the finished highlighter to a clean container.

Application Recommendations:

Apply a small amount of the Shimmering Beige Cream Highlighter to the high points of the face, such as the cheekbones, brow bones, and Cupid's bow, using your fingertips, a brush, or a sponge. Blend gently for a luminous glow. Can be layered for a more intense effect.
