Cosmetic Formulation Recipe: Subtle Radiance Cream Highlighter

Instructions:

1. Heat the water and glycerin (Phase A) in a heat-resistant beaker to 70-75°C.
2. In a separate heat-resistant beaker, combine the emulsifying wax, cetyl alcohol, jojoba oil, and caprylic/capric triglyceride (Phase B) and heat to 70-75°C until melted.
3. Slowly pour Phase B into Phase A while continuously mixing with a hand mixer or mini-mixer until a smooth emulsion forms.
4. Continue mixing while the emulsion cools to below 40°C.
5. Once cooled, gently fold in the Colorona Oriental Beige pigment (Phase C) until evenly dispersed. Avoid vigorous mixing to prevent air bubbles.
6. Finally, add the preservative and vitamin E acetate (Phase D) and mix well.
7. Transfer the finished highlighter cream into a clean container.

Application Recommendations:

Apply a small amount of the cream highlighter to the high points of the face (cheekbones, brow bones, Cupid's bow) using your fingertips, a brush, or a sponge. Blend gently for a subtle, luminous effect. Can be layered for more intensity.
