Purified water 62 ml
Corn germ oil 18 ml
Cosmetic emulsifier 8 g
Glycerin 8 ml
Preservative 2 ml
Cosmetic fragrance 2 ml

To prepare the cream, water is heated separately while corn germ oil and emulsifier are combined and warmed until uniform oil phase forms. The water phase is gradually added to the oil phase under mixing until emulsion develops. After cooling, glycerin, preservative and fragrance are incorporated while mixing continues until stable creamy texture forms.
