Soy Lecithin 30 g

Liquid Soy Lecithin in phospholipid emulsions and nutraceutical systems

Liquid Soy Lecithin is a plant derived phospholipid complex with a viscous oily texture. It blends well with lipid phases and can be dispersed in aqueous systems under high shear mixing. The ingredient is widely used in cosmetic and nutraceutical formulations due to its structural and functional versatility.

Properties and skin appearance outcome

In cosmetic formulations Liquid Soy Lecithin contributes to a soft and cohesive texture. It enhances phase compatibility and supports emulsion stability while maintaining smooth application and uniform distribution.

Application across industries

Liquid Soy Lecithin is incorporated into creams, masks, balms, hair care products and nutraceutical systems. It is suitable for private label projects, contract manufacturing and serial production of phospholipid based formulations.

Recipe for a liposomal style emulsion

Purified water 65 g
Liquid Soy Lecithin 10 g
Grapeseed oil 8 ml
Glycerin 5 g
Green tea extract 5 g
Secondary emulsifier 4 g
Preservative 3 g

To prepare the emulsion Liquid Soy Lecithin is blended with grapeseed oil and gently heated until uniform. The aqueous phase is prepared separately by dissolving glycerin and green tea extract in purified water. The oil phase is gradually incorporated into the water phase under continuous mixing to form a stable emulsion. The secondary emulsifier may be added to reinforce structure. Finally the preservative is introduced and the system is mixed until fully stabilized before filling.

Liquid Soy Lecithin is positioned for B2B use in stable phospholipid and emulsion systems, supporting formulation flexibility and scalable private label manufacturing.
