1. In a heat-resistant beaker, combine all ingredients from Phase A (Shea Butter, Beeswax, Coconut Oil, Castor Oil).
2. Gently heat the beaker in a double boiler or microwave on low heat until all ingredients are completely melted and clear. Stir occasionally to ensure even melting.
3. Remove the beaker from the heat. Allow the mixture to cool slightly for a minute or two (it should still be liquid).
4. Add the ingredients from Phase B (Liquid Oil-Soluble Orange Dye and Vitamin E) to the melted oil mixture. Stir thoroughly until the dye is evenly dispersed and the desired color is achieved. Start with a small amount of dye and add more gradually until satisfied.
5. Carefully pour the liquid lip balm mixture into clean lip balm tubes or small jars.
6. Allow the lip balms to cool completely and solidify at room temperature. For faster setting, you can place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
