Bright Yellow Tone for Beverages, Bakery and Bulk Production Lines
This liquid yellow food coloring supplied in a 1 liter container is designed primarily for bakeries, confectionery workshops, beverage bottlers, ice cream makers and dairy producers who need a stable, saturated shade across large production volumes. A container of this size suits continuous manufacturing lines where the dye is added daily and having enough concentrate on hand for several weeks or months of operation matters more than convenience packaging. The product belongs to the Dyes for Soap, Cosmetics, Food & Confectionery category, which brings together liquid concentrates of different shades used for coloring food masses, drinks and confectionery items without affecting taste or texture.
The main applications of yellow coloring include baked goods, creams, glazes, soft drinks, lemonades, syrups, jellies, marshmallows, caramel and ice cream. In the food industry, yellow pigment is often used as a standalone tone for lemon, vanilla, honey and tropical flavors, and also serves as a base component for producing green and orange shades when blended with other colorants. Beyond food manufacturing, this type of dye is also used in candle making, handmade soap and certain household chemical formulations where a bright, safe coloring of water-based or oil-based phases is required.
Dosage depends on the desired shade intensity and the type of product: beverages and syrups usually require just a few drops per liter of liquid, while dough, creams and confectionery masses need higher concentrations that are best determined by starting with a small amount and gradually increasing it. The dye is added during the mixing stage of liquid ingredients, at temperatures not exceeding 60-70 degrees Celsius, to prevent pigment breakdown and shade shifting. In hot syrups and caramel masses it is best added after removing from heat, once the mixture has cooled slightly.
Yellow coloring blends well with other liquid food dyes, allowing manufacturers to create complex intermediate shades for decorative confectionery elements. Combined with Red food color 10 ml it produces warm orange tones suitable for caramel and fondant, while pairing it with Blue Food Coloring 10 ml creates rich green shades used for cake and dessert decoration. For more elaborate multicolor compositions it is convenient to also keep Violet food color 10 ml on hand to expand the available palette for industrial and confectionery work.
Store the coloring in a tightly sealed container, in a cool dark place away from direct sunlight and heat sources, to keep the shade stable throughout its shelf life. Shake the bottle gently before each use, since slight separation can occur during long-term storage.
