Bringing Apricot Depth to Confectionery and Bakery Production
Flavoring confectionery Apricot in a 1 liter package is formulated to deliver a rich fruity taste and aroma across a wide range of food products. This concentrated flavor additive is widely used in confectionery factories, bakeries, ice cream production lines, soft drink manufacturing, and dairy processing. This volume suits small-batch workshops and studio production where consistent supply and a stable formula matter without constant recalculation of dosages. The product belongs to the category of Confectionery flavorings, which brings together liquid flavor additives for both mass and small-scale production of sweets, baked goods, and desserts.
The main application of apricot flavoring is in the confectionery industry: fillings for candies and wafers, marmalade, marshmallow, fruit paste, caramel, glazes, and fondants. The additive is also actively used in yogurt and curd dessert production, ice cream, as well as soft drinks, syrups, and fruit compotes. In the food industry this flavoring is valued for its stability under heat treatment and its ability to remain noticeable even at low dosages without altering the texture of the finished product.
It is recommended to add the flavoring at the final stage of the process, once the main mass has cooled to no more than 60-70 degrees Celsius, since strong heating can weaken volatile aromatic compounds and reduce flavor intensity. Standard dosage for most confectionery masses ranges from 0.5 to 2 grams per kilogram of finished product, though the exact concentration should always be adjusted with a trial batch depending on desired intensity and formulation specifics.
Apricot flavoring pairs well with other fruit and berry notes, allowing for complex, layered flavor compositions. For instance, an interesting combination can be achieved with Flavoring confectionery Kiwi, which adds a fresh tartness, or with Flavoring confectionery Watermelon for summer desserts and beverages with a light refreshing finish. For contrasting dessert lines apricot is often paired with richer, denser notes such as Chocolate Flavoring for Confectionery, creating a classic fruit and cocoa combination in fillings and glazes.
Store the flavoring in a tightly closed container, in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at room temperature, away from heat sources and strong foreign odors, since volatile aromatic compounds tend to absorb surrounding smells. Once opened, it is best to use the product within a reasonable time and keep the lid tightly closed between uses.
