Highly refined mineral carrier for stable lipophilic systems
Mineral oil also known as Paraffinum Liquidum or White Mineral Oil is a purified hydrocarbon ingredient widely used as a base in formulation systems. It is chemically inert and does not react with active substances. It remains stable at temperatures above 100°C and is compatible with a wide range of ingredients including emollients waxes silicones and emulsifiers.
Behavior in systems and processing
Acts as a neutral carrier and ensures uniform distribution of components. Maintains stability during heating and processing.
