Dissolve glycerin, betaine and niacinamide in the water phase. In a separate vessel combine grapeseed oil, squalane, Olivem 1000 and cetyl alcohol, then heat until completely melted. Emulsify the oil phase with the water phase while mixing until smooth. After cooling, incorporate Softouch, panthenol, the preservative and the fragrance, then adjust the pH if required.

The finished cream has a lightweight flexible texture, spreads evenly across the skin, absorbs comfortably, leaves a soft silky finish without noticeable heaviness and is suitable for daily facial, neck and hand care.

Appearance and storage

Softouch may be supplied as a light-colored powder, a soft wax-like ingredient, a liquid emollient, a dispersion or a multifunctional sensory complex depending on the product grade. Appearance, odor, solubility and processing recommendations vary.
