Sodium Percarbonate Korea 25 kg

Sodium percarbonate for concentrated oxygen cleaning formats

Sodium percarbonate is used as an active oxygen component in concentrated cleaning systems designed for deep surface cleaning and visible renewal. In dry form the raw material offers stability and convenient storage, while contact with water initiates active oxygen release. This mode of action makes sodium percarbonate a versatile base for chlorine free formulations focused on cleanliness and fresh surface appearance.

Properties and surface appearance outcome

Sodium percarbonate delivers an intensive cleaning effect with clear visual results. In concentrated systems it enhances the breakdown of contaminants and improves the overall appearance of treated surfaces. After use surfaces appear brighter, cleaner and more uniform without harsh residual odors.

Application across industries

Sodium percarbonate is applied in tablet based cleaners, oxygen concentrates, soaking agents, kitchen and sanitary cleaners, as well as multi purpose household and professional systems. The ingredient is suitable for private label projects, small scale production and independent formulation. It is compatible with citric acid, sodium carbonate, powdered surfactants, binders and fragrances.

Recipe for oxygen cleaning tablets

Sodium percarbonate 45 g
Sodium carbonate 20 g
Citric acid anhydrous 15 g
Non ionic surfactant powder 8 g
Potato starch 6 g
Dry fragrance 1 g

To prepare the cleaning tablets all dry ingredients are combined in a clean dry container and mixed thoroughly until uniform. The blend is lightly moistened by spraying water until the mixture holds shape when compressed. The mass is pressed into tablet molds and allowed to dry completely in a dry environment. Finished tablets are stored in airtight packaging. Before use a tablet is dissolved in warm water, activating oxygen release and cleaning performance.

Sodium percarbonate is positioned for B2B use and the development of concentrated oxygen cleaning systems with reproducible results and flexible formulation options.
