Sodium Percarbonate 25 kg

Sodium percarbonate for oxygen boosters and water based cleaning solutions

Sodium percarbonate is used as an active oxygen source in booster formulations designed to enhance the cleaning performance of water based solutions. In dry form the ingredient is stable and easy to store, while dissolution in water triggers controlled release of active oxygen. This format allows the creation of versatile oxygen concentrates without the use of chlorine based components.

Properties and surface appearance outcome

Sodium percarbonate provides a visible cleanliness effect when used in water based solutions. Within oxygen booster systems it supports the removal of organic residues and promotes more uniform surface cleaning. After application surfaces appear brighter, cleaner and more orderly, while the treated water is perceived as fresh and active.

Application across industries

Sodium percarbonate is applied in oxygen boosters for laundry, soaking agents, dish cleaning systems, kitchen and sanitary surface cleaners, and multi purpose water based household formulations. The ingredient is suitable for private label projects, small scale production and independent formulation. It is compatible with sodium citrate, sodium bicarbonate, non ionic surfactants and chelating agents.

Recipe for an oxygen booster for water based solutions

Sodium percarbonate 50 g
Sodium citrate 15 g
Sodium bicarbonate 20 g
Non ionic surfactant powder 8 g
Epsom salt 6 g
Dry fragrance 1 g

To prepare the oxygen booster all dry ingredients are combined in a clean dry container and mixed thoroughly until evenly distributed. The blend is stored in airtight packaging in a dry environment. Before use the required amount of booster is dissolved in warm water, activating oxygen release and enhanced cleaning performance.

Sodium percarbonate is positioned for B2B use and the development of oxygen booster systems with reproducible results and flexible application potential.
