Ready-to-use hyaluronic concentrate built for consistent industrial output
Optim Hyal 1 L is a liquid concentrate based on sodium hyaluronate, formulated for laboratories and production lines where batch-to-batch consistency is essential. Unlike powder forms, this product arrives already dissolved and ready for direct incorporation into emulsions, which simplifies the manufacturing process and reduces the risk of clumping or uneven distribution of the active substance. This format is widely used in the industrial manufacturing of creams, serums, gels, body emulsions and professional cosmetic lines where predictable performance across every batch matters. The item belongs to the category Hyaluronic Acid and Actives for Cosmetic, which brings together components of different molecular weights and different depths of action on the skin.
The main application of this concentrate spans the production of hydrating and restorative products for face and body, formulations for professional skincare clinics, and base recipes intended for further packaging under private labels. Sodium hyaluronate binds moisture in the upper skin layers, delivers a plumping sensation and helps smooth signs of dehydration, which is why the concentrate frequently serves as a core active in serums, day and night creams, gel textures, toners and hydrating masks. Beyond cosmetics, similar hyaluronic concentrates are used in after-shave formulations, products for sensitive or dehydrated skin, and professional-grade preparations used in spas and aesthetic clinics worldwide.
Optim Hyal blends easily with other forms of hyaluronic acid, allowing formulators to build layered hydration systems. For a surface-level film effect that helps lock moisture externally, many formulas combine it with High Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid. For deeper skin penetration, technologists often turn to Low Molecular Hyaluronic Acid, while formulas requiring the finest penetration depth typically include sodium hyaluronate oligomers, valued for their exceptionally small molecular size.
The concentrate is introduced during the final, cool-down phase of production, once the base emulsion has cooled to no more than 40 degrees, to prevent degradation of the active molecule's structure. Recommended dosage generally ranges from 1 to 5 percent of the total formula weight depending on the desired concentration and product type, though the exact figure should be adjusted according to the specific recipe and target viscosity. The concentrate is compatible with most emulsifiers, preservatives and botanical extracts, giving formulators considerable freedom in recipe development. Store the product in a tightly sealed container, away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations, which is particularly important for a 1 liter volume intended for industrial lines where raw material may remain in storage for extended periods before full use.
Given its 1 liter packaging, this concentrate is best suited for stable, repeatable production runs - from contract manufacturing to large-scale conveyor lines where consistent raw material behavior across every purchase is essential.
Hydrating gel base for continuous production runs
Optim Hyal 20 ml per 1 kg of base
Distilled water 750 ml
Glycerin 25 ml
Natural gelling agent 15 g
Centella asiatica extract 15 ml
Preservative per manufacturer instructions 7 ml
Disperse
the gelling agent into water at room temperature and allow it to swell for 20
minutes until a uniform gel forms. Add glycerin and centella extract, mixing
thoroughly. Once the texture is homogeneous, incorporate Optim Hyal and the
preservative, blend until fully uniform, then transfer into prepared containers
for batch quality control.
