Monosodium Glutamate for stable flavour formation in food products

Monosodium Glutamate is a food ingredient in crystalline powder form produced through fermentation of plant based raw materials and used in technological formulations to enhance natural flavour perception of products. The ingredient offers high solubility, convenient dosing and storage stability, making it suitable for industrial applications across various food categories.

Properties and result in finished products

In food formulations the ingredient supports fuller flavour perception of ingredients, creates balanced taste profiles and provides richer sensory experience in finished dishes. During cooking and storage, stable flavour perception is maintained without altering base formulation.

Application across industries

Monosodium Glutamate is used in production of sauces, broths, soups, meat and vegetable semi finished products, ready meals, snacks, seasonings, dry culinary mixes, instant foods and frozen meals. The ingredient is widely implemented in large scale production, private label projects and contract manufacturing thanks to consistent quality and convenient integration into technological processes.

The ingredient is incorporated into formulations where flavour stability during storage and preparation is required. It blends well with spice mixes, salt blends, flavouring components and protein ingredients while maintaining reproducible taste characteristics.

Recipe for universal flavour enhancing blend

Fine food salt 78 g
Monosodium Glutamate 12 g
Garlic powder 5 g
Onion powder 3 g
White pepper powder 2 g

To prepare the blend, all dry ingredients are thoroughly mixed in a clean dry container until uniform structure is achieved. After even distribution, the mixture is allowed to stabilize and then becomes ready for packaging and further culinary use.

Monosodium Glutamate is positioned for B2B food manufacturing supporting flavour consistency, batch reproducibility and efficient industrial production scaling.
