Bulk Golden-Green Shimmer Pigment for Consistent Production Runs
Golden Jade Mica in a 1 kg pack is a mineral pearlescent pigment with a rich golden-green shimmer designed for manufacturers who need reliable batch-to-batch color consistency. This larger format suits cosmetic production lines, full-cycle studios, and workshops producing goods in series rather than single samples. The pigment belongs to the Mica Powders category, which brings together mineral pearlescent colorants for a wide range of manufacturing needs.
The leading application for mica pigments worldwide is decorative cosmetics, including eyeshadows, highlighters, blushes, lip glosses, and pressed powders that rely on a stable pearl shimmer with a golden-green undertone. Mica is also widely used in bath bomb manufacturing, body scrubs, and shimmering shower gels, as well as in soap making for decorative swirls on the surface of finished bars. Beyond personal care, this pigment appears in resin art, epoxy casting, candle making for a shimmering wax finish, and in decorative paints, plasters, and polymer clay projects where a durable metallic sheen without fading in light is required.
Mica is chemically inert and does not react with most cosmetic or polymer bases, making it easy to blend with other coloring agents. It pairs well with bold mineral pigments such as Mica Red for warm contrasting transitions, and with more muted tones like Tibetian Ocher Mica for earthy compositions. For cooler palettes, it is often combined with Sky Blue Mica to achieve layered, iridescent effects in decorative products.
The pigment should be introduced once the main mass of the formulation has cooled below 60-70 degrees Celsius, preventing particle settling and ensuring an even distribution throughout the batch. For liquid and gel bases, typical dosage ranges from 3 to 10 grams per kilogram of product, while denser solid forms such as bath bombs, soap base, or wax usually require 5 to 20 grams per kilogram depending on the desired shimmer intensity. Before scaling up with a full kilogram pack, running a small test batch is recommended to fine-tune the dosage for a specific recipe and equipment setup.
Store the pigment in a tightly sealed container, in a dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture, since contact with water can cause the powder to clump. Under proper storage conditions, the pigment retains its shimmer intensity for a long period, which matters greatly for conveyor-line production where raw material stability directly affects the quality of the final goods.
