Anhydrous Caffeine 4 g
Propylene glycol 5 g
Panthenol 3 g
Niacinamide 3 g
Preservative 3 g

To prepare the serum Anhydrous Caffeine is first dissolved in a portion of hot water until completely clear. Propylene glycol and niacinamide are blended separately and then combined with the caffeine solution under continuous mixing. Panthenol is added and stirred until uniform. Finally the preservative is incorporated and the system is allowed to stabilize before filling.
