Heat the oil phase containing the emulsifier and oils in a water bath to 70-75 degrees Celsius until fully dissolved, separately heat the water with glycerin and aloe extract to the same temperature, then slowly pour the water phase into the oil phase while mixing continuously with a hand mixer for 5-7 minutes until a smooth emulsion forms, cool to 40 degrees, stir in the preservative, and mix once more before packaging.
