Fluorescent Pigment Red Orange HP 14 For Modern Cosmetic Formulations
Fluorescent Pigment Red Orange HP 14 is widely used in decorative formulations where intense color brightness, strong neon appearance and modern visual presentation are important for the final product. This fluorescent pigment is popular in soap making, shower products, artistic cosmetic systems, bath formulations, slime production, decorative gels and premium handmade cosmetics designed for visually expressive collections. Red-orange fluorescent shades remain highly demanded in modern cosmetic industry because they create energetic product aesthetics and improve visual impact in retail presentation.
The pigment provides a vivid fluorescent tone with strong color intensity even at low usage levels. In transparent and semi-transparent bases the shade appears especially bright and clean, making formulations look more modern and visually dynamic. Because of this, fluorescent pigments are frequently incorporated into trendy cosmetic products focused on strong visual identity and contemporary product aesthetics.
In hair care products the component is used in temporary styling systems, decorative hair gels, colorful festival formulations and creative beauty concepts. The bright red-orange tone helps brands develop visually noticeable hair products with modern artistic presentation.
Within skincare and body care applications the pigment is incorporated into colorful shower gels, decorative cleansing systems, bath foams, jelly textures and SPA cosmetics with vibrant visual aesthetics. Red-orange shades are especially popular in tropical-inspired products, citrus collections and energetic body care formulations designed for modern sensory presentation.
In cleansing cosmetics the pigment works effectively with transparent surfactant systems, glycerin bases, polymer gels and liquid soap formulations. Proper incorporation technology helps achieve uniform color distribution without visible pigment spotting or uneven fluorescent areas inside the formulation.
In SPA and wellness products fluorescent shades are used in aromatic bath products, decorative self-care systems, colorful handmade cosmetics and creative relaxation formulations. Bright neon-inspired tones help create more expressive visual identity and stronger sensory perception for premium cosmetic products.
In professional cosmetic manufacturing the component is compatible with amphoteric surfactants, anionic surfactant systems, transparent gels, foam products, decorative emulsions and water-based formulations. The fluorescent effect becomes especially noticeable in clear gel systems with high transparency.
The pigment combines successfully with mica pigments, pearl powders, shimmer additives, glitter systems and transparent decorative bases. In formulations it creates vibrant visual texture, modern cosmetic aesthetics and strong commercial presentation suitable for creative cosmetic manufacturing.
Professional Formula For Neon Orange Shower Gel
Water phase:
Deionized water - 535 ml
Glycerin - 42 g
Xanthan gum - 3 g
Surfactant phase:
Cocamidopropyl Betaine - 125 g
Sodium Laureth Sulfate - 175 g
Decyl Glucoside - 60 g
Active and decorative phase:
Fluorescent Pigment Red Orange HP 14 - 2.5 g
Gold pearl pigment - 1 g
Panthenol - 7 g
Preservative system - 8 g
Mango-orange fragrance - 6 g
Manufacturing process:
Begin by preparing the gel concentrate. Combine glycerin with xanthan gum and mix thoroughly until the powder becomes fully wetted. The xanthan gum should be added slowly to avoid lump formation. Allow the mixture to hydrate for approximately 10-15 minutes.
In a separate vessel heat the deionized water to 35-40°C. Slowly introduce the hydrated gel concentrate into the water while mixing at low speed. Continue stirring for approximately 8-10 minutes until a smooth gel texture is formed without excessive air incorporation.
The surfactant system is added gradually. Cocamidopropyl Betaine is introduced first, followed by Sodium Laureth Sulfate and then Decyl Glucoside. Each surfactant should be mixed separately for several minutes before adding the next ingredient. Gentle mixing helps reduce unwanted foam generation during manufacturing.
The fluorescent pigment should first be pre-dispersed in a small portion of prepared gel base. This process improves color uniformity and helps avoid pigment particles or uneven fluorescent concentration inside the final product. Once a smooth fluorescent dispersion is achieved it can be incorporated into the main batch.
The pearl pigment is added during the final mixing stage at very low speed to preserve shimmer appearance. Panthenol, preservative and fragrance are then incorporated into the formulation.
After production the formulation should rest for 12-24 hours to stabilize viscosity and allow trapped air bubbles to disappear naturally.
The final product is a bright neon shower gel with vivid red-orange fluorescent color, transparent gel texture and soft cleansing foam. The formulation provides stable color distribution, smooth sensory profile and modern visual aesthetics suitable for decorative cleansing products and premium handmade cosmetic collections.
