Fluorescent Pigment Red Orange HP 14
Fluorescent Pigment Red Orange HP 14 is widely used in modern decorative formulations where intense visual impact, vibrant color saturation and strong product presentation are essential. This type of fluorescent pigment is highly востребован in professional cosmetic manufacturing, soap making, creative bath products, artistic materials, candle decoration systems, resin crafts and visually expressive formulations designed for modern retail and digital presentation. Red-orange fluorescent shades remain popular across global cosmetic industry trends because they create energetic visual aesthetics and enhance shelf visibility in premium cosmetic collections.
The pigment delivers a bright neon-style red-orange appearance with noticeable fluorescent depth in transparent and semi-transparent bases. Under artificial lighting and UV-inspired environments the color becomes especially expressive, making formulations look more dynamic and visually modern. Manufacturers frequently use fluorescent pigments in shower gels, soap bars, bubble bath systems, jelly cosmetics, slime products, artistic body products and colorful cleansing systems aimed at creative beauty concepts and trend-oriented formulations.
In hair care products the component is used in temporary decorative systems, styling gels, festival hair products and visual cosmetic concepts where bright appearance and modern color aesthetics are important. The pigment helps brands create contemporary hair formulations with enhanced visual identity for seasonal and creative collections.
In skincare and body care applications fluorescent pigments are incorporated into decorative gels, colorful cleansing products, SPA cosmetics, body art systems and vibrant bath formulations. Red-orange shades are especially popular in tropical-inspired products, citrus collections and energetic cosmetic concepts focused on visual experience and premium presentation.
Within cleansing cosmetics the pigment performs well in transparent gel systems, liquid soap bases, foam systems, jelly cleansers and modern cleansing formulations. Proper incorporation allows smooth color dispersion without visible pigment spotting. Because of this, fluorescent pigments are frequently selected for modern cleansing products requiring strong visual differentiation.
In SPA and wellness cosmetics fluorescent tones are used in decorative bath products, aromatic water systems, colorful handmade cosmetics and creative self-care formulations. Bright neon-inspired shades help create immersive sensory presentation and improve the overall visual identity of premium wellness products.
In professional manufacturing the pigment is compatible with glycerin systems, transparent surfactant bases, polymer gels, water-based cosmetic formulations and decorative cosmetic systems. It works especially well in clear formulations where fluorescent intensity becomes more noticeable and visually clean.
The component combines effectively with mica pigments, pearl additives, shimmer systems, glitter particles and transparent decorative bases. In formulations it creates vibrant visual texture, modern sensory presentation and highly noticeable cosmetic aesthetics suitable for premium manufacturing and creative product development.
Professional Formula For Neon Citrus Shower Gel
Water phase:
Deionized water - 530 ml
Glycerin - 45 g
Xanthan gum - 3 g
Surfactant phase:
Cocamidopropyl Betaine - 130 g
Sodium Laureth Sulfate - 175 g
Decyl Glucoside - 60 g
Active and decorative phase:
Fluorescent Pigment Red Orange HP 14 - 2.5 g
Gold pearl pigment - 1 g
Panthenol - 7 g
Preservative system - 8 g
Citrus-mango fragrance - 6 g
Manufacturing process:
Begin by combining glycerin and xanthan gum in a separate vessel. The xanthan gum should be added slowly while continuously stirring to prevent lump formation. Allow the mixture to hydrate for approximately 10-15 minutes until a smooth gel concentrate forms.
Heat the deionized water to 35-40°C. Slowly introduce the hydrated xanthan mixture into the water while mixing at low speed. Continue gentle stirring for 8-10 minutes to obtain a smooth gel texture while minimizing air incorporation and foam formation.
Add the surfactant system gradually. Cocamidopropyl Betaine is introduced first, followed by Sodium Laureth Sulfate and then Decyl Glucoside. Each surfactant should be mixed individually for several minutes before adding the next component. Low-speed mixing helps maintain clarity and reduces excessive foaming during production.
The fluorescent pigment should first be pre-dispersed in a small amount of prepared gel base. This step improves pigment distribution and prevents uneven color concentration or visible specks inside the final formulation. Once a smooth fluorescent dispersion is achieved, it can be added into the main batch.
The pearl pigment is incorporated at very low mixing speed to preserve shimmer appearance. Panthenol, preservative and fragrance are added during the final stage of production.
The finished formulation should rest for 12-24 hours to stabilize viscosity and allow trapped air bubbles to escape naturally.
The final product is a bright neon red-orange shower gel with transparent gel texture, smooth sensory profile and soft cleansing foam. The formulation provides stable color distribution, vibrant fluorescent appearance and modern visual aesthetics suitable for premium cleansing products and creative cosmetic collections.
