Separately melt the emulsifier with the light oil at the same temperature, then slowly add the oil phase into the water phase under continuous mixing. Cool the blend to 40 degrees, add the preservative and fragrance, mix until the texture becomes smooth and uniform, then pack into opaque containers to protect the product from direct light exposure.
