Brazilian Lime Flavor 1144 is designed for creating a bright citrus profile in beverages, desserts, confectionery fillings, jellies, ice cream, sorbets, syrups, and tropical flavor compositions. Its character is associated with fresh lime, green peel, juicy pulp, and a slightly tart citrus finish.

The flavor can be used as the main taste direction or as part of more complex blends with mango, passion fruit, pineapple, coconut, mint, ginger, berries, white chocolate, and vanilla notes.

Applications

How to use

Example tropical lime syrup

Purified Water 520 ml

Sugar 320 g

Mango Puree 100 g

Lime Juice 35 ml

Glucose Syrup 20 g

Brazilian Lime Flavor 1144 4 ml

Citric Acid 1 g

Total Batch Weight about 1000 g

Heat Purified Water, Sugar, and Glucose Syrup until fully dissolved. Add Mango Puree and mix until uniform.

After cooling, add Lime Juice, Citric Acid, and Brazilian Lime Flavor 1144. Filter if needed and evaluate taste, aroma, and stability.

This formula is a development example and should be tested with the selected commercial raw materials.
