Recipe for a strengthening eye serum

Purified water 84 g
Syn Eye complex 5 g
Glycerin 4 g
Panthenol 2 g
Chamomile hydrolate 2 g
Hyaluronic acid 1 g
Preservative 2 g

To prepare the serum hyaluronic acid is pre hydrated in part of the purified water until uniform. In the main aqueous phase glycerin and chamomile hydrolate are blended. Syn Eye complex and panthenol are added with continuous mixing. Finally the preservative is introduced and the formulation is mixed until fully stabilized before filling.
