Purified Water — 820 ml
Glycerin — 40 ml
Hydroxyethylcellulose — 5 g
Eye Contour Complex — 40 ml
Panthenol — 10 ml
Caffeine — 5 g
Phenoxyethanol Ethylhexylglycerin — 5 ml
Fresh Light Fragrance Oil — 2 ml

Processing

Glycerin is added to water followed by dispersion of Hydroxyethylcellulose until a gel structure is formed. After full hydration Eye Contour Complex is added and mixed until uniform.

Panthenol and Caffeine are incorporated next followed by Phenoxyethanol Ethylhexylglycerin and Fresh Light Fragrance Oil. The system is mixed until fully stable and homogeneous.

Important considerations

Eye Contour Complex is a blend of botanical extracts and is not a standalone base therefore it requires a properly designed formulation.
