Purified water 450 ml
Glycerin 60 g
Butylene glycol 40 g
Hydroxyethylcellulose 4 g
Panthenol 18 g
Cucumber extract 15 g
Arginine 4 g

Hydroxyethylcellulose is dispersed in purified water to form a homogeneous gel base. Glycerin and butylene glycol are incorporated with mixing until uniform. Beautifeye is then added and mixed until evenly distributed. Panthenol and cucumber extract are introduced and blended thoroughly. Arginine is used to adjust the pH and stabilize the gel structure.
