3. Disperse Hyaluronic Acid: Sprinkle the hyaluronic acid powder slowly over the surface of the water/glycerin mixture. Allow it to "bloom" or fully hydrate for about 15-30 minutes, or until fully dissolved and the mixture is clear and thickened. Stir gently to avoid creating bubbles.
4. Cool Down: Once the hyaluronic acid is fully dissolved and the gel is clear, allow the mixture to cool to below 40°C (104°F).
5. Add Phase B (Cool Down Phase): Once the base is cooled, add SkinWhite BLE, niacinamide, panthenol, and your chosen preservative. Stir thoroughly after each addition for at least 1-2 minutes to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated and the serum is homogenous.
