Distilled Water — 60 g

Glycerin — 3 g

Phase B:

Phase C:
Regestril™ — 4 g
Panthenol — 2 g
Natural Preservative — 0.5 g

Heat Phase A and Phase B separately to 70 °C, then combine with continuous mixing until uniform. Once cooled to 40 °C, add Phase C.
