Bringing Consistent Dairy Character to Large-Batch Food Production
Cream Food Flavoring from Lithuania in a 1 L container belongs to the category of Dairy flavorings, built specifically for dairy processing plants, confectionery workshops and dessert manufacturers that need a reliable, recognizable cream taste without depending on fresh natural cream with its high cost and short shelf life. A 1 liter pack is meant for real production runs rather than a trial batch - an ice cream line, yogurt facility or bakery cream production where consistent dosing and dependable resupply matter more than experimentation.
The main application area for this flavoring is the dairy and confectionery industry. It is added to ice cream, cream fillings, cottage cheese desserts, yogurts, milkshakes, wafer and cake fillings, and certain types of caramel and toffee where a genuine baked-cream nuance is required rather than a plain neutral milky background. The flavoring is also widely used in instant cappuccino mixes, cocoa drink powders and instant puddings, where using real milk fat is technically impossible, yet the sensation of creaminess still needs to survive reconstitution with water.
Dosage is normally established by the technologist through trial, but a typical starting range is between 0.5 and 2 grams per kilogram of finished product, depending on the fat content of the base and desired flavor strength. Rich creams and ice cream usually require a lower dose since fat itself amplifies the perception of creaminess, while low-fat yogurts and beverages need a higher dose to reach the same effect. The flavoring should be introduced at the final stage of processing, after heat treatment or pasteurization, at a temperature not exceeding 60-70 degrees Celsius, to prevent evaporation of volatile aromatic compounds and preserve the full flavor profile in the finished product.
In terms of compatibility, this flavoring blends well with cheesy and complex dairy notes, so it is often combined with Parmesan Food Flavoring for savory cream sauces and non-sweet fillings. For fruit-dairy desserts and beverages, an interesting pairing comes from melon notes such as Flavoring melon 1315 or the softer profile of Flavoring melon 530, producing a recognizable melon ice cream taste on a creamy base. Beyond the food sector, cream flavorings of this type are occasionally used in cream-base formulations for household chemical products and in scenting certain gourmand-style cosmetic items.
Store the flavoring in a tightly sealed container, in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat sources, at stable room temperature. Once the container is opened, reseal the lid promptly to prevent volatile aromatic compounds from evaporating and oxidizing on contact with air, which otherwise gradually reduces flavor intensity over time.
