Bulk exfoliating emulsion built for professional treatment rooms and cosmetic manufacturing
The Peeling emulsion 25% in a 1 liter volume is designed for estheticians, clinics, and cosmetic manufacturers who need a reliable supply of raw material for regular treatments and private label development. This product belongs to the Peelings for Skin category, which brings together formulas with varying intensity of action on the skin's outer layer. The emulsion form allows for even distribution across the skin and better control over penetration compared to plain acid solutions.
The primary demand for this type of emulsion comes from professional skincare - treatments targeting hyperpigmentation, signs of aging, post-acne marks, and uneven skin texture. Beyond clinic use, formulators rely on this material when developing creams, serums, and exfoliating masks for retail cosmetic brands. Another significant application is large-scale manufacturing of finished skincare products, where batch-to-batch consistency and the ability to scale production without losing quality are essential.
The emulsion should be added at the final stage of formulation, once the base has cooled to room temperature, to preserve the activity of the ingredients. Dosage depends on skin type and treatment goals, typically ranging from a few percent up to around fifteen percent of the total finished product weight, always following a patch test before first use. Store the material in a tightly sealed container, away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations, in a cool dark place.
This raw material pairs well with other actives in professional protocols, allowing multi-step treatment plans. For gentler home care between sessions, the Retinol Peel 50 ml is a common recommendation, while for a more intensive renewal effect, specialists combine the emulsion with the Retinol Glycolic Peel 10 ml, alternating treatments a few weeks apart. For clients with sensitive skin, a milder fruit acid blend such as ACB Fruit Mix 20 ml works well between more intensive sessions to maintain results.
Before scaling into full production or clinic protocols, it is advisable to prepare a small trial batch to confirm compatibility with the chosen base and evaluate skin response in a test group.
