Red Pearl Pigment For Candles, Epoxy Resin, Plastics And Decorative Materials
Red Pearl Pigment is widely demanded in decorative and industrial manufacturing because of its rich red shade, elegant pearl reflection and expressive shimmer effect. Today these pigments are actively used not only in cosmetic industry but also in candle production, epoxy resin products, decorative plastics, packaging, printing industry, souvenir manufacturing, interior decor and creative handmade production. Explore additional shades in the Metallic Pigment Powder section. The red cosmetic grade pearlescent pigment fits nail designs and resin projects with its shimmering red tone.
The pigment helps create deep ruby color with soft metallic shimmer and beautiful light reflection. Because of this, finished products appear brighter, more dimensional and visually premium. These pigments remain especially popular in holiday collections, luxury decor products, seasonal packaging, resin art and decorative creative systems.
In candle production the pigment is widely incorporated into container candles, wax melts, decorative wax and carved candles. The pearl red shade becomes especially attractive under warm lighting and helps manufacturers create premium candle collections with rich glossy aesthetics.
In epoxy resin systems the pigment is used in jewelry, tabletops, decorative castings, souvenirs, art panels and artistic coatings. The pearl effect creates beautiful color depth and attractive light movement inside transparent resin bases.
In polymer manufacturing and plastic coloring the component is incorporated into decorative elements, accessories, packaging, toys and souvenir products. Red pearl shimmer remains especially popular in premium visual products and modern decorative collections.
In printing industry the pigment is used in designer packaging, decorative paints, festive printing, artistic materials and visual advertising products. Pearl pigments help products appear more visually noticeable while improving reflective aesthetics.
In cosmetic industry the component also remains popular in body shimmer systems, decorative gels, bath products and SPA cosmetics. The red pearl effect helps formulations appear richer while creating elegant shimmer in transparent and creamy systems.
The pigment combines effectively with mica pigments, glitter systems, wax bases, epoxy resin, transparent coatings, polymer gels and oil formulations. In finished formulations it creates uniform pearl effect, rich reflective color and smooth decorative texture.

Transparent epoxy resin - 700 g

Manufacturing process:
Before production begins the epoxy resin and hardener should remain at 22-25°C for at least 8 hours. This helps reduce system viscosity and minimizes the possibility of air bubble formation.
In a separate container the Red Pearl Pigment should first be blended with a small amount of resin base until a uniform pigment dispersion without dry particles is achieved. This method helps prevent pigment clumps and ensures even pearl effect distribution throughout the finished product.
After preparation the decorative mixture should be slowly introduced into the main epoxy resin phase. Mix gently for approximately 4-5 minutes while avoiding excessive air incorporation into the formulation.
Next add the holographic glitter and a small amount of dark pearl pigment to enhance visual depth and glossy effect. Continue slow mixing for approximately 2 additional minutes.
After complete decorative phase distribution incorporate the hardener. The formulation should be mixed carefully for approximately 3 minutes until fully uniform. Excessive mixing is not recommended because it may create a large amount of trapped air bubbles.
After mixing allow the resin system to rest for 5-7 minutes for partial air release. The resin can then be slowly poured into molds using a thin stream. If necessary the surface may be gently treated with warm air to remove remaining bubbles.
Complete stabilization normally occurs within 24-48 hours depending on product thickness and room temperature conditions.
The final product is a decorative resin piece with rich ruby pearl effect, deep reflective texture and expressive glossy appearance. The formulation provides stable pigment distribution, elegant pearl shimmer and modern visual aesthetics suitable for decorative manufacturing, resin art, candle production and premium handmade products.
