Soft Pink Pearl mica pigment for decorative cosmetics and artistic coatings
Soft Pink Pearl is a mineral pearlescent pigment based on mica platelets coated with optical interference layers. The platelet structure reflects light and produces a soft pearlescent shimmer. The material appears as a fine powder with delicate pink tone and silky luminous appearance.
The pigment does not dissolve in water or oils but disperses easily in cosmetic bases. Plate like particles allow uniform distribution in cream, gel and powder systems. The powder format provides convenient storage and accurate dosing during formulation development.
The mineral pigment demonstrates good stability in various cosmetic and decorative systems. It is compatible with wax bases, emulsions, gels and solid cosmetic textures.
Properties and surface appearance
Within decorative formulations the pigment creates gentle light reflection and soft shimmering effect. The particles distribute evenly in the formulation creating smooth visual appearance.
Finished products display delicate pink tone with pearlescent shine. The surface becomes luminous with soft reflective effect.
Industry applications
Soft Pink Pearl pigment is used in decorative cosmetics including eye shadows, blush powders, highlighters, face powders and lip glosses. It can be incorporated into both dry and cream formulations.
The mineral pigment is also used in soap making, candle production, decorative resins and artistic coatings. Pearlescent pigments are widely used in design materials and polymer decorative compositions.
Due to mineral stability the pigment is widely used in formulation laboratories, private label development and contract manufacturing.
Formula example
Soft Pink Pearl pigment 11 g
Silver mica 18 g
Cosmetic talc 95 g
Zinc stearate 12 g
Castor oil 7 ml
Talc and silver mica are blended until uniform distribution is achieved. The pearlescent pigment is added and mixed thoroughly to form homogeneous powder blend. Zinc stearate is incorporated to improve texture and particle distribution. Castor oil is slowly added while mixing until silky powder structure forms.
The mineral pigment is widely used in professional cosmetic formulation and decorative material manufacturing. Stable mineral structure allows reproducible formulations and scalable industrial production.
