Product Description
Nizaftem perfluorocarbon oxygen carrier for advanced cosmetic formulations
Nizaftem is a cosmetic raw material based on perfluorocarbon compounds. Perfluorocarbon molecules are formed when hydrogen atoms in organic structures are replaced by fluorine atoms. This transformation creates a class of weakly polar liquids with high gas solubility. One of the characteristic properties of perfluorocarbon liquids is their ability to dissolve significant volumes of oxygen.
The oxygen solubility in perfluorocarbon systems may reach approximately fifty volume percent which is considerably higher than the oxygen solubility in water. Nizaftem appears as a clear or slightly opalescent liquid with neutral odor. The ingredient is chemically inert and compatible with a wide range of cosmetic raw materials.
Low polarity allows the material to retain dissolved gases and distribute evenly within emulsion systems. The ingredient can be incorporated into the oil phase or added to finished emulsions. Its liquid format provides convenient handling for laboratory formulation and industrial manufacturing.
Properties and skin performance
In cosmetic formulations Nizaftem contributes to lightweight texture and uniform distribution of formulation components. Products containing this ingredient create a fresh sensory profile and smooth spreading during application.
Industry applications
Nizaftem is used in creams, serums, gels and emulsion based skincare formulations. It is incorporated in eye area products, formulations for sensitive skin and post shave cosmetic systems. The ingredient is also used in decorative cosmetic products and bath and shower formulations. Nizaftem is suitable for functional cosmetic lines, private label development and contract manufacturing.
Formula example lightweight oxygen cream
Nizaftem 22 ml
Caprylic triglycerides 45 ml
Jojoba oil 40 ml
Sweet almond oil 35 ml
Cetearyl alcohol 20 g
Glycerin 45 g
Purified water 800 ml
Preservative system 2 g
The oil phase is prepared by combining caprylic triglycerides, oils and cetearyl alcohol and heating until a homogeneous mixture forms. Nizaftem is incorporated into the lipid phase and mixed until evenly distributed. In a separate vessel purified water and glycerin are combined to prepare the aqueous phase. Both phases are blended under intensive mixing to form a stable emulsion. After cooling the preservative system is introduced. The pH is adjusted to a balanced level suitable for emulsion stability. The final formulation is a lightweight cream with uniform texture.
Nizaftem is designed for B2B cosmetic manufacturers developing advanced functional formulations. The ingredient provides formulation stability, compatibility with industrial processing and reproducible performance in scalable cosmetic production.
