Purified water 78 g
Meiritage 3 g
Vegetable glycerin 5 g
Panthenol 2 ml
Allantoin 1 g
Cosgard preservative 1 g
Rose hydrosol 10 ml

Glycerin and allantoin are dissolved in warm purified water until clear solution forms, after which Meiritage is added and mixed until evenly dispersed. Rose hydrosol and panthenol are then incorporated and blended to uniform consistency, followed by addition of preservative.
