Product Description

Antiwrinkle plant complex functional ingredient for formulation stability systems

Antiwrinkle is a multi component cosmetic ingredient based on plant extracts used as a raw material in formulation systems designed to stabilize active complexes and ensure consistency of components. The complex includes extracts of hops rosemary horsetail lemon and needles and integrates into aqueous gel and emulsion systems. This functional ingredient is applied in manufacturing as part of active systems ensuring uniform distribution and formulation stability.

Functional properties and role

Antiwrinkle acts as a functional ingredient supporting stability of active systems and maintaining formulation structure. It improves compatibility and does not affect rheology. It is compatible with Olivem 1000 BTMS Phenoxyethanol and Euxyl PE 9010.

Properties and result

In finished products it provides uniform texture and stability. It maintains formulation integrity and reduces destabilization risks. When combined with Carbomer or Xanthan Gum it enhances system stability.

Purpose

The ingredient is designed to create stable formulation systems and maintain structural consistency.

Application

The main segment is cosmetic manufacturing including creams serums emulsions and gels. In SPA and contract manufacturing it is used in professional formulation systems.

Recipe Cream with plant complex

Water — 68 ml
Antiwrinkle — 5 g
Olivem 1000 — 5 g
Caprylic Capric Triglyceride — 10 ml
Glycerin — 5 ml
Panthenol — 2 g
Sodium PCA — 2 g
Euxyl PE 9010 — 0.8 g

Glycerin is added to the water phase followed by heating. Oil phase is prepared separately and emulsified. The active is introduced during cooling followed by addition of other ingredients and stabilization.

Manufacturing stability

Antiwrinkle ensures stable production scaling and batch reproducibility. It integrates efficiently into industrial manufacturing processes and maintains consistent product quality.
