Recipe Emulsion cream with plant complex

Water — 70 ml
Antiwrinkle — 4 g
Olivem 1000 — 5 g
Caprylic Capric Triglyceride — 8 ml
Glycerin — 5 ml
Panthenol — 2 g
Niacinamide — 2 g
Carbomer — 0.3 g
Euxyl PE 9010 — 0.8 g

Carbomer and glycerin are dispersed in the water phase followed by heating. Oil phase is prepared separately and emulsified. The active is added during cooling followed by stabilization.
