Recipe for light red lip balm

Shea butter 18 g
Sweet almond oil 15 ml
Beeswax 7 g
Oil Soluble Light Red Powder Colorant 0.4 g
Vitamin E 1 ml

To prepare the lip balm shea butter and beeswax are heated until fully melted. Sweet almond oil is added and mixed until uniform. The colorant is ground with a small portion of the melted oil mixture to create a smooth paste and then incorporated into the main mass under continuous stirring until even coloration is achieved. After partial cooling vitamin E is added and mixing continues until the structure stabilizes. The blend is poured into molds and allowed to solidify. The result is a firm balm with a soft light red shade and stable texture.
