Product Description

Apricot Flavor Concentrate

Apricot brings a juicy fruit taste with natural sweetness and a light fresh edge. The concentrate belongs to the premium flavor concentrates range and suits lemonades, smoothies, yogurts, sorbets and fruit fillings.

Use and dosage

Add 0.5–1 % by weight to drinks, 1–2 % to creams and fillings and up to 3 % to dough. For a fuller profile, try blending it with Vanilla Flavor Concentrate, 5 ml. Other formats and tastes are collected in the food flavorings catalog.

Pack size

The 5 ml bottle is handy for test recipes and small batches. For production, Apricot Flavor Concentrate, 1 L is more economical.
