Bulk Purple Holographic Glitter Built for Continuous Manufacturing Lines
The 1 kg packaging of purple holographic glitter is designed for manufacturers and workshops that need a consistent volume of shimmering pigment for regular production runs. This format is popular among makers of decorative cosmetics, perfumery compositions, candles, craft supplies and packaging products, where shade consistency between batches matters greatly. This pigment belongs to the Glitters category, which brings together particles of different sizes and optical effects for both industrial and studio-scale use.
The holographic effect of purple glitter comes from a multilayer particle structure that refracts light and produces rainbow shifts as it catches movement. This makes the pigment popular in the production of gel polishes, shimmering eyeshadows, highlighters, body glazes, as well as decorative inserts in candle making and printing industries. In household chemistry, similar particles are used to create visually striking shower gels and liquid soaps where appearance plays a key role in the final product.
When working with large volumes, even particle distribution throughout the base is essential: the base should be thoroughly mixed before the glitter is introduced, and the pigment itself should be added gradually, in small portions, once the main mass has cooled to around 40-50 degrees to avoid particle deformation from excessive heat. A standard dosage for cosmetic emulsions and gels ranges from 0.5 to 3 percent of the total mass, while candles or decorative items may use a higher percentage depending on the desired density of shine.
The purple shade pairs well with other glitters from the same range: for layered effects and gradient finishes, manufacturers often alternate it with Blue Glitter to achieve cool transitions, or introduce contrast using Silver Holographic Glitter, which softens color intensity and makes the formulation more versatile. For warmer accents in select batches, a small amount of Holographic Gold Glitter is often blended in.
The pigment should be stored in a dry room at room temperature, in a tightly sealed container, away from moisture and direct sunlight, which preserves particle uniformity over long periods and prevents clumping when kept in industrial quantities.
Holographic Purple Body Lotion Base
Unscented lotion base 800 ml
Purple holographic glitter 12 g
Fragrance oil 8 ml
Liquid emulsifier stabilizer 6 g
Glycerin 15 ml
Warm
the lotion base gently to around 40 degrees, blend in the stabilizer and
glycerin until fully combined, then reduce the mixture to room temperature
before folding in the purple holographic glitter gradually with a spatula to
ensure even particle dispersion without clumping, add the fragrance oil last,
mix briefly, and pour the finished lotion into containers, allowing it to
settle for several hours before sealing.
