Erythritol as a versatile polyol for texture and water activity control in multi industry formulations

Erythritol is a functional polyol with crystalline structure widely used as a raw material in food nutraceutical cosmetic and industrial systems. This functional ingredient belongs to sugar alcohols and is known for its high stability neutral behavior and ability to influence texture and structure. In B2B manufacturing it is used as a bulk agent water activity regulator and carrier for active components.

From a formulation perspective erythritol is highly soluble thermally stable and chemically inert. It does not react with most ingredients and remains stable across a wide pH range.
