4. Continue stirring gently while the emulsion cools down to below 40°C.
5. Once cooled, add the vegetable oil, hydrolyzed protein, panthenol, and fragrance. Mix well.
6. Finally, add the preservative according to the manufacturer's instructions and mix thoroughly.
7. Pour the finished conditioner into a clean container.
