Instructions:

1. In a heat-resistant beaker, combine the distilled water and Cetearyl Alcohol. Heat to 70-75°C.
2. In a separate heat-resistant beaker, melt the Varisoft EQ 65 and Jojoba Oil together. Heat to 70-75°C.
3. Slowly pour the oil phase (step 2) into the water phase (step 1) while continuously stirring with a stick blender or overhead stirrer until a smooth emulsion forms.
4. Remove from heat and continue stirring gently as the emulsion cools down.
5. Once the emulsion is below 40°C, add the Panthenol, Hydrolyzed Silk Protein, Preservative, and Fragrance Oil (if using).
6. Stir thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
7. Adjust the pH if necessary (typically aim for a slightly acidic pH for hair products).
8. Transfer the leave-in conditioner to a clean bottle or jar.
