Rose Damask Essential Oil 10 ml

Why Bulgarian rose absolute remains a cornerstone of luxury perfumery

Rose Damask essential oil is one of the most precious and labor-intensive botanical extracts in the world, produced mainly in Bulgaria, Turkey, and Iran, where tons of fresh petals are hand-harvested and steam-distilled to yield only a small quantity of concentrated oil. Because of this intensity, the ingredient is traditionally used drop by drop, making the 10 ml size a practical choice for home cosmetic formulators, hobbyist perfumers, and small trial batches where controlling the cost of a premium raw material matters. This oil belongs to the broader assortment found in the Essential Oils section, where it stands out for its complex, multi-layered scent profile and consistent worldwide demand among professionals.

The primary global application of rose Damask oil lies in fine fragrance and perfumery, where it forms the heart note of many floral and oriental compositions sold internationally. In skincare manufacturing, the oil is incorporated into facial serums, creams, toners, and facial oil blends, contributing to skin elasticity support while lending an elegant floral character to finished formulas. Aromatherapy practitioners rely on it to create calming environments, and natural cosmetic producers use small amounts in lip balms and solid perfumes for scent complexity. Rose Damask pairs beautifully with citrus notes, which is why formulators frequently blend it with Sweet Orange Essential Oil or Mandarin Essential Oil to lighten and brighten the composition. For a deeper, more layered rose accord, many perfumers combine it further with Moroccan Rose Essential Oil, achieving a richer floral bouquet.

Rose Damask oil should be added at the final stage of formulation, at temperatures not exceeding 40 degrees Celsius, to preserve its volatile aromatic compounds. Typical usage rates in finished products range from 0.1 to 0.5 percent of total formula weight, since higher concentrations may cause skin irritation without improving performance. Store the oil in a tightly sealed dark glass container away from direct sunlight and heat sources to maintain its aromatic stability over time. When handling the concentrate, avoid direct undiluted skin contact and always dilute it in an appropriate carrier oil before topical use.

Due to its high concentration of active aromatic molecules, the oil is used sparingly even in small volumes, making the 10 ml bottle well suited for cosmetologists, independent perfumers, and small-scale artisan producers working on limited product runs.

Rose Damask facial oil blend

Jojoba oil 30 ml

Sweet almond oil 15 ml

Vitamin E oil 2 ml

Rose Damask essential oil 3 drops

Mandarin essential oil 2 drops

Combine the jojoba oil and sweet almond oil in a clean glass bottle, then add the vitamin E oil and shake gently to blend the carrier oils together. Add the essential oils last, close the bottle tightly, and shake again until the mixture is fully combined. Apply a few drops to cleansed facial skin in the evening, gently pressing into the skin, and store the finished blend in a cool dark place for up to three months.
